Q1. How do I login to EL/PL/CL Module or what are the prerequisites for login ?
Ans: To login to EL/PL /CL the following is required:
a. ‘For Industry Login’ user id and password use the credentials generated by the ‘Registration Module’ at ibmreg.nic.in (Form K). ( Login by Primary User (like 57, 44909).
b. Ensure that the credentials are valid. If you are able to login with the credentials in ‘Registration Module’ then you will be able to login into the ‘EL/PL /CL’ module with the same credentials. Use ‘Industry Login’ login tab at https://ibmreturns.gov.in/EXPLORATION/auth/login .Your customized dashboard will be available.
c. ‘For IBM User Login’ ( Login by IBM User ie. (something@ibm.gov.in))
d. Ensure that the credentials are valid. If you are able to login into the ‘EL/PL /CL’ module. Use ‘IBM User Login’ tab at https://ibmreturns.gov.in/EXPLORATION/mms/login .Your customized dashboard will be available.
Q2. I have logged in but one or all lease/leases are not listed in the dashboard. What can I do?
Ans. Check the following in 'Registration Module at ibmreg.nic.in. If any one task is incomplete the particular lease details will not be listed.
a. Check if all details of the lease are updated in the ‘Registration Module’.
b. Check if the lease details are ‘APPROVED’ by the respective Regional Office/RCOM.
Q3. I have forgot the password, how can I reset it?
Ans:
a). To reset Industry Login password use 'Forgot Password' functionality at https://ibmreg.nic.in .Once the password is reset at ibmreg.nic.in, then updated password will work for EL/PL /CL module (For Industry Login).
b). To reset IBM User Login password use 'Forgot Password' functionality at https://ibmreturns.gov.in/mms/forgotPassword .Once the password is reset at ibmreturns.gov.in , then updated password will work for EL/PL /CL module (For IBM User Login).
Q4. I have change the password, how can I change it?
Ans: To change password, login through above link (Q3.ans (a)) and use the 'Change Password' functionality on dashboard (For Industry Login).

Q5. Is e-signing of Mining Plan Submission compulsory?
Ans. Yes, aadhaar based e-signing of the Mining Plan is compulsory. You do not require a dongle based digital sign. Only a aadhaar number with linked mobile number is required.
